This program specifies on a reliable 24/7 A.O.G customer service, complimentary services on selected repairs and exchanges and more than a year in standard warranty just to name a few.

WARRANTY

Global Airservices LLC, warrants the service performed to be free from defects in their workmanship at the time of delivery, provided however, that liability shall be limited to replacing or repairing any part which may be damaged as a result of such defect.
Global Airservices under this warranty is limited to correction at its facility of any equipment, which has failed to meet operational standard and is subject to the following conditions:

  • The assembly is returned to Global Airservices LLC within thirty days after discovery of defects.
  • The assembly has been operated and maintained in accordance with current manufacturer manuals, operator handbooks, written recommendations and service bulletins.
  • Proper records have been kept, installation dates, end-user reports.
  • The assembly has not experienced any foreign object damage or induced failure.
  • Global Airservices LLC will, at its own discretion, determine whether or not the failure is covered under the terms of the warranty.

Cost Control

To save you from costly downtime we have an extensive variety in components and piece parts on the shelves. Most units are available to our customers for exchanges at no charge. Note: An exchange fee will be charged if certain conditions are not met. Refer to exchange agreement policy.
